Your credit card statement will show our sister site company Glitzy Kidz as processing and receiving your payment or deposit. Please make sure that you recognize Glitzy Kidz paypal on your statement. Thank you.

How Do I Order a Balloon Delivery?
Pay your chosen bouquet under balloon deliveries category. You may e-mail us with your delivery information as follows please include: Your name, phone number to reach you, name of recepient, enclosure card message, delivery address and any pertinent info. like guard gated and what to do? latest date and time to deliver bouquet?, if recepient is not home what do we do with bouquet e.g. neighbors house?, contact person's cell number if yourself then include this information.

How long does Shipping take?
Please allow up to 10 to 12 days for processing and delivery of your items. We will notify you immediately if an item you have ordered will take longer to process or is out of stock.

What is the Return Policy?
We will accept Exchanges and Returns phoned in or e-maled in to Stardust Event Planners within 2 days after receiving the purchase no exceptions made. There is a 20% re-stocking fee which will be deducted from your refund. All returns require an authorization number please explain the reason for your return. Please include return authorization number inside the box. If return is not received within 5 days after you receive your authorization number, then exchanges only will be allowed. No refunds or exchanges after 30 days. Items must be returned in new, unused condition to ensure exchange or return. We reserve the right to inspect returns and deny refunds on item which do not meet this criteria. Damaged, torn or stained items will not be accepted, please do not return items or costumes in these conditions. Shipping fees are non refundable. Exchanges will be considered as new orders and shipping charges will apply.

How Do I Return a Package?
After you receive your return authorization number, place number inside of box and mail your exchange or return within 4 days. Refused packages or packages left at Post Offices will not be refunded.

What are the shipping rates and services?
We ship via UPS, US Postal Service's Priority Mail and Global Priority is also available. Please allow 10 to 12 days for package arrival. Some items may take longer shipping time and we will notify shipping time on these listings. This time frame allows us to process, package and mail your items. Should you require faster delivery, call or e-mail us with your request.
